Front Yard displays during Halloween are a treat for the trick or treaters. However, Halloween displays can be fun every night for the whole month of October.
Make it scary to look at when it's dusk or very late at night. Spooky is the name of the game. Employ spooky music and maybe even some animated ghouls.
The addition of a fog machine can top off just the right haunted appeal.

This is our Haunted yard at our house in Portland, OR Took a whole month to build and prefect. No real theme just stuff to scare the kiddies and give the parents something to believe that halloween is still a cool holiday.
